Refund Policy

Effective July 22, 2026.

Supporter tiers are development support with cosmetic thank-you perks. Xsolla processes checkout, receipts, refunds and recurring-subscription billing.

To request help with a payment or refund, use the contact details on our Support page and include your SteamID64 and Xsolla transaction or receipt reference. Do not send card details.

Any refund decision is applied to the corresponding payment. Cosmetic entitlements tied to a refunded, charged-back or fully cancelled purchase may be revoked. For a recurring plan, a refund of one payment does not end other paid periods unless Xsolla also confirms cancellation.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country. Perks do not provide ranked or economic gameplay advantages.
