For a manual Discord thank-you, supporters-list entry or role, include your SteamID64 and Discord username. Verified requests are completed within 7 calendar days. Main-menu credits requests are completed within 30 calendar days after verification.

In-game supporter badges and cosmetics do not need a manual request: they are delivered automatically after Xsolla confirms payment.
